Aidy Bryant, Kate McKinnon, Kyle Mooney, and Pete Davidson reportedly leaving SNL… If you’ve kept up with the newsletter, you know I’m in favor of some culling and rebuilding at SNL, so while it’s sad to see these people go, the show will grow and change — which is a good thing. Bryant, McKinnon, Mooney, and Davidson contributed greatly over some really tough years and they will be missed. While each have their laudable strengths, Kate McKinnon deserves a special shoutout for being maybe the greatest of her era? 👏
