• Michael Jackson musical producers remove Variety reporter from Broadway red carpet over sexual abuse questions… I’m still shocked that MJ The Musical actually opened on Broadway — and so might be one Variety reporter who dared ask the show’s actors about Jackson’s abuse allegations. The reporter’s question was fair and the actors had reasonable responses, but the producers gave the journalist the boot. Ironically, by doing so the producers guaranteed negative press for their new show rather than letting it slide! 🎭
