Robert Kirkman spoils Steve Yeun’s Marvel Thunderbolts role… Kirkman let slip that Yeun will be playing Sentry, which probably doesn’t mean much to you if you’re not a Marvel comics fan. Despite his creation in 2000, the character has a long history that goes back decades. His “power of one million exploding suns” comes from a super soldier serum (because of course it does), and he often struggles with the light and dark sides of himself. It’s unclear whether Yeun’s Sentry be an ally or foe to the Thunderbolts, so stay tuned. ⚡️
Tim Allen and the Home Improvement cast have considering a spinoff/revival… At this point it would be odd for any old sitcom cast to have not considering a revival. Home Improvement was a big hit, so I’d say it’s probably a matter of time until this actually happens. 🏠
Karen Gillan, Hugh Bonneville to star in cancel culture drama series from Steven Moffat… Moffat reuniting with Gillan is worth writing about, but I’m not sure we need another story about cancel culture from a white man at this moment. 🤔
Elton John’s Tammy Faye musical heading to Broadway… Any new Elton John musical is reason for celebration. 🎶
Sufjan Stevens’ Illinoise album getting stage adaptation in New York… Though Chicago would have been much more logical. 🎭
