Rolling Stone’s sources say executive producer and showrunner Alex Duda is to blame for the staff being overworked and underpaid — and that Duda is shielding Clarkson from the negativity. The staffers say they’ve filed multiple complaints with HR, but there hasn’t been a shift. Interestingly, this sounds different from the Ellen situation, in which staffers pointed to Ellen herself as the source of the issues, but in this case, the Kelly staffers had nothing but good things to say about Clarkson. 😱
