We're in for an exciting Oscars

• The 2023 Oscar acting races are getting vicious… A couple months ago it seemed Cate Blanchett, Brendan Fraser, Angela Bassett, and Ke Huy Quan had the Oscar acting categories on lock — but after a wild, fun, and emotional award show season, it seems only Quan’s win is in the bag. Blanchett has not been campaigning as hard as Michelle Yeoh (nor winning as many awards). Lead actor appears to be a dead heat between Fraser and Austin Butler — and Bassett seems to be behind Jamie Lee Curtis, who is also campaigning hard and winning a bunch. I’m very glad I’m not an official Oscar prognosticator, because I’m not sure how you even fill out a predictions ballot in an Oscars pool at this point. That said, this is going to make for a very exciting show on Sunday! 🏆
